  • What types of meals do you prepare?


    I create whole-food dishes tailored to your needs, from meal prep to postpartum meals, with bold flavors and natural, fresh ingredients.

  • How do I place an order?

  • Who do you cater to?

    I cater to families, new parents, athletes (professional & non professional) and frequent gym goers!

  • What is your approach to clean eating?

    I focus on whole, unprocessed foods with fresh ingredients, avoiding refined sugars and artificial additives.

  • How will I receive my meals?

    Meals can be picked up or delivered. In home cooking is my preferred method as it ensures freshness and last minute customizations and changes.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Pricing varies based on your needs. Share your details, and I’ll provide a custom quote reflecting the quality of ingredients and service.

  • Can I order just one meal?

    No. The minimum order requirement would be 5 meals (one week’s worth, breakfast, lunch or dinner or combo).

  • What is your payment policy?

    Invoices are sent out every Friday for services performed multiple times a week. Invoices payable by credit, debit or ACH. Customers who request services once a week pay immediately after the session is over.

  • What is in home cooking?

    I will handle everything for you—I’ll shop for fresh groceries, prepare all your meals in your kitchen using your supplies, store and neatly label them in your preferred containers, and clean up afterward.
